What it does with three files
Your agreement, your purchase export and the statement your supplier sends. Nothing here asks your IT team for anything.
- Statement against purchases
- Every purchase line priced under the trading agreement, then set against what the statement and the credit note paid, and the difference where the two disagree.
- The clause behind each figure
- Rates, breakpoints, dates, product scope and exclusions are recorded from the agreement that governs the payment, each beside its clause. Any figure opens to the paragraph it came from.
- Claim deadlines
- Which claims are still inside their window and which one closes first, counted from the date your own agreement says the window starts.
- Statements that never arrived
- A supplier who pays quarterly and skips a quarter is invisible to a check that only looks at what arrived. We count the periods that should have produced a statement.
- The accrual position
- Earned to date on every agreement, with the invoices under each figure, and a year-end position your finance director reviews before deciding what to book.
- The claims pack and the audit file
- The calculation, the invoice lines and the clause in one claims pack, and a dated audit file of every claim, ready to export inside the notice your own agreement gives you.

Each price is on the basis its own page states: Vendortell by number of contracts, Clever Rebates per tenant, and Spreadjust by number of direct supplier agreements, with a one-off setup on top of the monthly price.
Vendortell prices by number of contracts, and its page opens on 20 contracts with yearly billing, which is where €69 and €249 come from. At 100 contracts the same page shows €276 and €996 a month, at 400 contracts €690 and €2,490, and paying monthly shows more again. Past 400 contracts it labels the amount “Expected price” and shows a phone number.
Vendortell’s page states SOC 2. We do not.

Questions people ask first
Three files. The trading agreement that governs the rebate, one statement paid under it, and the purchase export covering the same period. Send the export and the statement as CSV files. The export needs invoice number, invoice date, supplier code, part number, quantity and the line total before VAT, and if a column name is new to us the import names it.
No. Export your purchases the way you already do, as a CSV, and send the file. Your IT team never has to get involved.
Yes. The live demo is a made-up company with its agreements, statements and claims already loaded. Open any figure and read the clause behind it. Please do not upload anything real to it.
Then you have a checked answer that your rebates are being paid correctly. The first pass is free for the first ten, so finding nothing costs you a file transfer.
This site and the app are served over HTTPS. Today the app runs on made-up sample data and we have not taken a file from any customer. We are not SOC 2 certified and we will not put a badge on this page pretending we are. If your finance director wants a security review first, say so and we will work through it.
